Toronto, ON – January 1, 2025 – Connectability is proud to announce a leadership transition as Founder and long-time President, Ted Shafran, steps back from day-to-day operations. As of January 1, 2025, Brad Shafran has been appointed as the company’s new President.
Ted Shafran founded Connectability in 1995 with a mission to deliver class-leading IT support tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Under his leadership, Connectability has grown into a trusted IT partner known for its responsiveness, reliability, and customer-first approach.
Brad, who joined Connectability in 2014, has played a key role in expanding service offerings, streamlining operations, and driving innovation. With nearly 11 years at the forefront of Connectability’s growth, he is well-positioned to lead Connectability into its next phase.
