A couple of weeks ago we were on a sales call. On our way out the door, the client mentioned their Internet was down and they were waiting for Bell to arrive to repair it. “Well,” we asked, “why don’t we have a quick look?”

As it turns out, the problem had nothing to do with Bell and had the client waited, they would have been no closer to a solution. Fortunately, we were able to diagnose and resolve the problem, and within 30 minutes they were back up and running.
