One of our clients just had that experience. The mouse on their late-model Macbook Pro stopped working. Or so they thought.

But when they took the laptop to the Apple Store, it worked fine. So back they went to their office, only to discover that it didn’t work any longer.

Enter Connectability. Believe it or not, we diagnosed it as a problem with the customer’s Bell wireless modem that was created after a recent Apple update. Once we removed the update, everything worked fine again.
