Client Spotlight: Email Issues?

Last week, one of our long time customers had some serious issues with their exchange server.

Power outages made them reliant on their UPS to keep their exchange server up, unfortunately the UPS was faulty and their server was not coming back up properly.

To mitigate these issues we recommended they move to a hosted exchange solution. With this solution they no longer need to update equipment every 3 years, pay for software licenses, or pay for maintenance when things go wrong (as they inevitably do).

Someone else is now in charge of management, all you have to do is pay the monthly fee, and voila your Microsoft Exchange Email is up and running! Unless you’re a large corporation with multiple locations you should be looking at moving to a hosted solution.
