Service Guarantee #1 - Emergency Response
If you call us regarding an emergency situation
and we do not return your call within 30 minutes, during regular
business hours, then you will receive a one hour credit against
future services.
Service Guarantee #2 - Timeliness
If we make an appointment for onsite services,
and we do not arrive within 10 minutes of our appointment
time - for any reason at all - (assuming that we have not
contacted you at least one hour prior to that time to make
a change), then you will receive a one hour credit against
future services.
