At Connectability, we consider ourselves primarily a services company - we exist to help our clients solve their technical problems. As part of that service, we offer a range of hardware and software products.

Most of our clients have indicated that, by and large, they prefer to deal with a single source for products and services, where it makes economic sense. As a result, we make every effort to price our products competitively. We believe that, in the long run, we can better serve our customers by providing them with quality services at our standard rates and with products at current market prices.

In addition, when we provide the hardware and software, we also back it up with our service commitment: we'll do whatever it takes to ensure that the products we provide do the job. Obviously, if our customers source products elsewhere, we're happy to put in the effort to make them work, but we can't make specific commitments about how long this will take.
